Jeanne Veilette Bowerman
Jeanne Veillette Bowerman is an Executive at Pipeline Media Group, Editor-in-Chief of Pipeline Artists, former Editor-in-Chief of Script magazine and a former Senior Editor at Writer's Digest, where she wrote the regular screenwriting column, Take Two, for Writer's Digest print magazine. Recognized as one of the "Top 10 Most Influential Screenwriting Bloggers," her Script magazine column "Balls of Steel" was selected as recommended reading by Universal Writers Program. She is also the founder and moderator of the weekly Twitter screenwriters’ chat, #Scriptchat, and wrote the narrative adaptation of the Pulitzer Prize-winning book, Slavery by Another Name, with its author, Douglas A. Blackmon, former senior national correspondent of The Wall Street Journal.
Christopher schiller
Christopher Schiller is a NY transactional entertainment attorney who counts many independent filmmakers and writers among his diverse client base. He has an extensive personal history in production and screenwriting experience which benefits him in the long running, industry column “Legally Speaking, It Depends” he writes for Script Magazine as well as assisting others consulting him for their own pursuits. He fosters the true independent spirit by sharing his various expertises on others works in jobs in production including producer, director, cinematographer and sound recordist and in post-production as colorist, editor and dialog editor. He basically just likes films and does what he can to get as many good ones made as possible.
Anastasia Traina: Playwright/Screenwriter/Visual Artist
Ms Traina wrote the original screenplay, HORTON BLISS selling to Sony Pictures. She has written the feature film, AWAY for Open City Films, the feature SPARTICLES AND STRING and wrote for the one-hour drama STREET TIME a SHO original series. A screenwriter and playwright, her plays have been produced in NYC, LA and Poland. Her newest play, SEAGULLS ON SULLIVAN STREET is being developed by The Director’s Company NYC for a 2021 production. Ms. Traina is currently finishing up her newest screenplay, THE EXTRAORDINARY LOVE LIFE OF TOM BOTTOMS, along with a children’s book, THE CURIOUS TALES OF THYMBLE TARN. Ms. Traina sits on the advisory board for FCFF, is a member of The Dramatist Guild and of the WGA.

Micah khan
Micah Khan is a filmmaker based in Schenectady who’s won Robert Rodriguez’s People’s Network Showcase Contest. Recently directed the short film, “Meetcute on Danceworld,” which David Benioff, Showrunner of Game of Thrones said of it “Never seen anything quite like it before. I was smiling the whole way through. It’s fresh, original and it kicks ass” and was featured on MovieMaker Magazine. Micah is currently working on making a feature length cosmic horror film and collaborating with MovieMaker on a video series on the craft of movies, he’s most recently interviewed Spike Lee and Paolo Carnera.
aden suchak
Aden Suchak is an educator, writer, and director from Albany, New York. His work focuses heavily on family history, masculinity, and identity. He is the Director of Education at Youth FX, a national film education organization based in Albany. His latest film, Driver won the Emerging Filmmaker grant sponsored by director Colin Trevorrow at Scout Film Festival in 2020. Aden is currently working on a feature film script that he hopes to produce in the near future.

glen trotiner
Glen Trotiner, film producer and director, holds bachelor's and master's degrees from UAlbany.
He spent two years as Directors Guild of America Trainee and then went on to work as an assistant director on a long string of highly successful feature films, beginning with Brian De Palma’s classic film, THE UNTOUCHABLES. Projects then took him all over the country, and all over the world, including BILOXI BLUES, JUNGLE2JUNGLE, PHONE BOOTH, LAST HOLIDAY, and WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS.
More recently, he has helped produce dozens of films, including BELLA, which won the Audience Award at TIFF, BERNARD AND DORIS, for which he was nominated for the DGA Award, FAM-I-LY and THE TRUST, which both premiered at South by Southwest, and BIG TIME ADOLESCENCE, which played in dramatic competition at The Sundance Film Festival.
Currently he serves on the Board of Trustees of the Directors Guild of America Training Program, the very program which launched his career in the motion picture industry. His term of service is the longest in the history of the program.
